. . . Telegram is a very easy to use, even for non-technical people, messaging app that allows you to send text messages, audio messages and images to your contacts. Telegram has its own platform for creating bots which are applications within the Telegram network which allow users to control them through chat commands. Having a bot on Telegram simplifies many aspects of communicating with friends or colleagues who do not use the same tools as you do. Telegram Bots allow users to create applications on Telegram that can send messages, play sounds, open web pages and more. The use of a bot requires a Telegram account to sign up for it. Once installed, a bot will appear in your list of chats with the name of the application. For example, if you have the application called "Bot Framework" installed, then your chat list will contain a new item named "Bot Framework". The Bot framework is primarily intended for use by developers and can be extended through plugins created by third parties. In addition to development tools such as the API documentation and the sandbox environment for testing various plugins before publishing them there are many other useful features available in this package. Using the command line interface you can start processes and interact with them as long as they are running, send notifications to users of your application, invoke methods on your bot and perform other actions. To start a process through the Command Line Interface (CLI) use docker exec . For example: docker exec -it telegram-bot-8d8a8b8b8ae71d16e2f24783435ee7f5cb7df4cc_bot_process /usr/bin/env bash . You can also invoke client side methods by starting a script on your bot. For example: docker exec -it telegram-bot-8d8a8b8b8ae71d16e2f24783435ee7f5cb7df4cc_bot_process /usr/bin/env bash -i . The method will be invoked via the proxy so no access to the native environment of the process is required. You can check what methods are available on your bot by listing them using docker exec -it telegram-bot-8d8a8b8b8ae71d16e2f24783435ee7f5cb7df4cc_bot_process print . Use --help for more details and examples on each command. cfa1e77820
